Owner occupiers are required to obtain regular valuations of their commercial property, or portfolio of properties, for entry in their Financial Statements. This requirement enables the company to monitor the performance of this key asset class. A valuation may also be needed in connection with Capital Gains Tax or Inheritance Tax; or for inclusion in a Self Invested Pension Plan.
Phil Sani is an experienced commercial property valuer and can offer this service in accordance with the latest addition of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Valuation Standards Book. We will provide a client focused service delivering a valuation report that meets both your needs and your expectations.
This work is normally carried out on a fixed fee to be agreed with the client. If you need a valuation for entry in your accounts of an industrial unit, an office or a shop then we will be able to deal with this for you.
